Your Income and Spending Form
At some stage during the life of your mortgage you may receive a letter from us containing an Income & Spending Form to complete and return. We send these out to customers where we have restructured their mortgage due to affordability reasons. Under the Central Bank's Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA) we must review such restructured mortgages every five years to ensure they are still suitable for the customer.
The review process won’t take very long to complete and we will keep it straightforward. You just need to complete the form and send it back to us with the requested supporting information.
