Your mortgage is ahead of schedule because either you made an additional payment or there was an adjustment to your mortgage account at some point. The effect of this is that you can expect to pay your mortgage off earlier than agreed.
Your agreed mortgage end date is either the term that we agreed when you took out your mortgage, or any reduced or extended term you have agreed with us in the meantime.
Your expected mortgage end date is the date you can expect your mortgage to be paid in full, based on your current monthly repayment amount.
The move to our new mortgage platform will start on 01 August 2026. We will write to you again within a week after the move to confirm everything for you.
We will adjust the mortgage end date so that it matches your expected end date based on your current repayments. This means your monthly repayment will remain the same or may be slightly lower and you will benefit from a lower cost of credit.
Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. You do not need to take any action now. We will write to you again with details on any steps you may need to take once your mortgage moves to our new platform.
