ECB Rate Change

On 21 July 2022, the European Central Bank announced an increase of 0.50% in the ECB Refinancing Rate (the ‘ECB Rate’).

As a result, Tracker Mortgage rates will increase for all Tracker Mortgage customers by 0.50%. This change will take effect for Tracker customers in their September 2022 repayment and we will write to all Tracker Mortgage customers in August 2022 confirming the new interest rate.
