We will not apply the increase if you are paying a mortgage within an existing fixed rate term.
Fixed Rate Mortgage Change
From 03 February 2023, we will increase our fixed interest rates for mortgages by up to 0.75% for private homes (PDH).
- Existing fixed rate (mortgages currently in a fixed rate period) and variable rate mortgages remain unaffected by the increase.
- Customers who draw down their new mortgage by close of business 3 March 2023 can avail of the previous rates.
We will apply these new rates to existing customers entering a new fixed rate period from 03 February 2023.
To request a change to the interest rate on your mortgage you must complete the Home Loan Interest Rate Application Form. Please print and complete the form ensuring it is signed by all parties to the mortgage and email to info@havenmortgages.ie. Alternatively, return to the address shown on the form.
